2. Tell us your selection
Contact us with your selection and desire to pre-plan. We will ask for some personal information and send you a contract. You can e-sign your contract to lock in your selection and price, and have the option to pay in full or in interest-free installments.
3. Receive your contract
After your first payment, we will e-mail you your contract for your records. When you need your casket, your loved ones can call us and we will ship the casket the next day.

What happens if Regal Caskets is sold or goes out of business?
If Regal Caskets is sold, all contracts will transfer to the new owner. If we cease business operations, all funds you have contributed under your pre-planning contract will be returned to you in full because they are held in a trust fund that we cannot touch.
Do funeral homes allow me to supply my own casket?
Under the FTC’s Funeral Rule, consumers have a right to provide a casket purchased outside a funeral home without penalty, and a funeral provider cannot charge a "casket handling fee" if you do so.

Can I change my mind?
You can make changes to your contract at any time. Call or email us to change the type of casket you want. If you wish to cancel, we will refund 100% of the payments made.

It is illegal for a funeral provider to deny your right to supply your own casket or charge you a fee associated with delivery or handling.
You may also have your casket delivered to a residential address or storage facility.
